Loren is an Accredited practicing Dietitian and Sports Dietitian who relocated from Melbourne in 2020 and has not looked back. She graduated from a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition in 2010, followed by a Master in Dietetics in 2012.

Loren provides Individualized dietary advice, based on personal goals and nutrition requirements; whilst offering ongoing guidance, motivation, and support.

She enjoys working with a wide variety of people, especially those gastrointestinal disorders such as food intolerances and IBS, diabetes and weight management clients. However, her passion is in the field of Sports Nutrition, having previously worked with a wide range of elite athletes through the Vic Institute of Sport, the Australian Institute of Sport and two AFL clubs.

Outside of work hours, Loren loves to run. She has completed three marathons and is currently training for a fourth. She also enjoys good coffee, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and being out in the ocean, practising her surfing.

With 30 years of working with sports from indoor soccer to beach volleyball, pole dancing to water polo at all levels from local to international, Pete has a wealth of experience with managing sports injury and performance, including concussion management.

Pete has served as the President of the International Sports Chiropractic Federation 2016-2019. In 2015 Pete was awarded a Fellowship with Sports Medicine Australia and Australian Chiropractor of the Year in 2016. ​

Joelle Karam is an integrative physiotherapist, specializing in performance optimization in sport and daily activities, offering tools for injury prevention and efficient recovery. Joelle trained in Ontario, Canada, graduating with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto.
