Originally from the coastal village of Forster, I recently relocated from the Riverina town of Lockhart and am thrilled to now call the beautiful South Coast my home.
I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2021, earning my Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours from the University of Newcastle. Since then, I’ve gained diverse experience working in private practice as well as across rural and metropolitan public and private hospital settings. My clinical background spans intensive care, cardiology, respiratory care, neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedic surgery, vestibular conditions including dizziness management, and musculoskeletal disorders — particularly sporting injuries within athletic populations.
Driven by a strong interest in human movement, I am passionate about delivering a holistic, patient-centred approach to musculoskeletal pain and injury management. I tailor treatment plans to each individual, combining a variety of techniques to restore natural body function and promote lasting recovery.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me enjoying everything the outdoors has to offer—whether it’s hiking, swimming, or simply soaking in the fresh coastal air.
